Effects of Mobile Number Ownership Transfers & Recycling
Hispeed.lk is using the user’s mobile number for creating the user account in Hispeed.lk system and the information of the Ads posted by the user is stored in the user’s account under the particular mobile number. Hispeed.lk verifies the mobile number via an OTP in creating the user account and provides facility to login to the user account by entering mobile number and password. In case if a particular mobile number is got transferred ownership or got recycled and the user becomes different, then the previous owner’s user account in Hispeed.lk can be accessed by the new user of mobile number. Therefore, any user who creates an account in Hispeed.lk with own mobile number is responsible in closing the user account in Hispeed.lk if the mobile number’s ownership is transferred to someone else or letting the mobile number to get recycled by giving up using the same mobile number. 

Removal of Personal Information
At the expiry of your advertisement, all publicly visible information will be automatically disabled from active website. At any time if you wish to remove your personal information from Hispeed.lk active website, contact us through the contact details available in Contact Us page.
